As long as your tag is still attached to the hair, you have 30 days after receiving your hair to return or exchange your extensions. For returns customers are responsible for shipping the hair back to us, and we recommend they sign up for tracking services. Lené is not responsible for any lost parcels getting shipped to us. For exchanges, we offer complimentary shipping on the hair to return to us and complimentary shipping on the exchange order.
