Lené is proud to offer the highest quality hair extensions. If for any reason you’d like to return or exchange your extensions, we offer a seamless, hassle-free return/exchange. As long as your tag is still attached to the hair, you have 30 days after receiving your hair to return or exchange your extensions. For returns customers are responsible for shipping the hair back to us, and we recommend they sign up for tracking services. Lené is not responsible for any lost parcels getting shipped to us. For exchanges, we offer complimentary shipping on the hair to return to us and complimentary shipping on the exchange order. Legally, hair extensions are a hygienic product, at Lené we prioritize our customers safety and public health. As such, we do not allow returns or exchanges of any hair that has had its tags removed, been worn or been tampered with to comply with safety regulations.

Replacement tape or any other hair accessories are non-refundable.
Exchanges are processed as soon as we receive your first order, inspect it to ensure it has not been worn or tampered with and the tag is still intact. Processing takes 2 - 7 business days and shipping takes about 7 business days. You will receive a shipping notification as soon as your exchange ships out to you!

Custom orders are made on demand, therefore are final sale. Returns are only eligible for orders where there was a mistake on our end.

Processing for all orders takes 2-7 business days and shipping takes 5-7 business days.

If your order has not been processed yet you may be able to change or cancel your order with no charge. Email our team at help@lenehairextensions.com as soon as you realize you have to change or cancel your order - we cannot guarantee that your order will be able to be changed or canceled. If your order has already been processed then changes will not be able to be made to your order. However you may return or exchange your order for 30 days. Lené is not responsible for incorrectly submitted address information, if that is the case please reach out to the address you sent the hair to in order to retrieve your order.

Help Choosing

Our team at Lené is happy to help you choose the correct texture and color for you! Simply take a well lit picture of yourself and your hair and send the picture to us via email at help@lenehairextensions.com or message us on instagram @lenehairofficial

Lené prides itself on offering the largest selection of colors and textures for our hair community. If you don’t see an exact color match for your hair however, we also offer custom coloring. All custom color orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged since they’re made one of a kind for you! If the address you’ve submitted is incorrect please email us at help@lenehairextensions.com right away. If your order has not been processed we will change the address. However if your order has been sent out already you are responsible for contacting the residents of the address you input to retrieve your order. Lené is not responsible for orders that were mis-delivered or lost due to an incorrect address given.
